Liability for Shipments

Curio Cornerr® assumes responsibility for your purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We aim to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, once your order has been delivered and the delivery has been confirmed by our tracking system, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Curio Cornerr®, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Split Shipments and Delivery Timeframes

Please be aware that if your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This can occur due to a variety of reasons:

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at as soon as possible. Cancellations can be accepted only if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. In cases where your order has already been processed and dispatched, unfortunately, cancellation will not be possible. Orders placed for custom-made or personalized items are subject to special considerations. Once production has commenced, these orders cannot be canceled.

For our customers within the European Union, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification. This 'cooling-off period' applies provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that this right does not extend to custom-made or personalized items, which are non-returnable unless faulty.
